I am looking to work directly for home owners or property owners. I am not looking to work for any third party like contractors. I am only working direct to consumer that way the middle man doesnt take money for nothing. The customer saves money I get paid a proper wage based on project. I have 25 years of residential and renovation experience. I was a general contractor until covid which killed the middle class and I refuse to build and start a company in Canada until corrupt politicians stop messing with the working people. I am pretty flexible with work acomodiations and budget based on the way you want to work from just me or me and crew. Services offered but not limited to. Interior Demolition Interior Framing Insulation Drywall Painting Basic Electrical Basic plumbing Flooring Renovations Restoration And much more I have 25 years of taping and painting experience. I also have 15 years of renovation and restoration experience as a general contractor. The cheapest option for my customers is to be my helper and you learn at the same time. That option starts at $35 per hour. I have 25 years of residential construction experience in Canada. Which is what you pay for with me. I give you the first 4 hours at $25 to prove my skills and find out if I want to work for you. So save money and learn. As I dont let people who know less about a field of work to tell me what I should charge or take for a project.
