You might have a calculator already on your phone. Condition -- . All this lumber has been stored outside. I think most is still good for building. Most of it is all pretty good still. But it’s getting picked over. Used or new? -- all of this lumber has been used before. . . I don't think there are many nails or screws in it. Some of it has never been used.
